Dr. David Hughes is a fellow of the Conway Institute and co-directior of the Cancer Biology & Therapeustic lab, University College Dublin (UCD). He is a Governing Council Member of the Irish Cancer Epidemiology Network and the International Society for Selenium Research and a Working Group Member of the European Prospective Investigation into Cancer and Nutririon (EPIC) study. Dr. Hughes collaborates with the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen thanks to EU funded Inter-COST program TRANSCOLONCAN, Action no.: CA17118.
