In June, we would like to introduce the Picture of the month taken by Roshan Singh, a third year doctoral student of Experimental surgery. This grey image was captured in April 2022 as a part of his PhD. project whilst attempting to map the distribution of HepG2 cells growing on decellularized porcine liver scaffold. To obtain this image, thick tissue sections (80-100um) were stained with the appropriate antibodies. This photography was obtained using Visiscope-Live Cell Imaging Systems (Visitron).
