We would like to introduce the winners and participants of the Nerd Art Prize like the picture of the month. In March it is the third place. Picture by Roshan Kumar Singh, doctoral student of Experimental Surgery, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen. His picture is called Immunofluorescence Staining (3D-Scaffold Imaging) of Pig liver tissue scaffold. For this process nuclei staining can be seen in blue intact (DAPI), green showing the actin filaments-fibronectin combined with flourophore channel FITC (phalloidin) and far-red showing the expression of collagen combined with flourophore channel.
