The Chaperon ERA Research Club invites you to participate in our Nerd Art Prize 2023 contest by sending us your best photo or picture!
Submission deadline: September 15, 2023
Submissions are accepted in two separate categories:
- Science & Research
- Freestyle (i.e. any topic)
The best pictures in each category will be selected by a committee composed of the Chaperon project leadership group. The winning Science & Research pictures will be hung in the newly constructed campus building of the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen and the winners in both categories will be rewarded with surprise gifts.
Entries can be anything from a regular photo, to any kind of instrumental output or visualized data, etc. – feel free to use your imagination!
The contest call is open to all Charles University students and employees. To participate, please submit your entry along with a short description of the picture (what it is, how it was taken, and which category you are submitting it to) to chaperon.nap@lfp.cuni.cz. Only entries submitted via an official Charles University email account will be considered and a maximum of 1 picture will be accepted per contestant for each category. The picture should be taken/generated within the years 2022/2023.
By submitting their work to the 2023 Nerd Art Prize contest organized by the Charles University, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen, the author grants the Charles University, Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen a non-exclusive, time-unlimited license to all the submitted works, thereby entitling the Faculty to exercise the rights to use the work in an unlimited extent. The Faculty can reproduce, spread, publish, lease, lend, and exhibit the work while always attributing the author’s name.
